A limited number from each collection are released for preorder, baked in small batches, and picked up locally in Redding on designated days.
Drop dates, pickup windows and all the little details are announced ahead of time here and on Instagram. New collections are never far behind.

We accept a limited number of larger orders from each collection for celebrations, client gifts, offices, events.
Special orders begin at 2 baker's dozen and require at least 48 hours notice. Availability is limited and based on our baking schedule.
